How about practical kit ?
Melbourne Dental College does not provide the practical kit for free. Students need to have a practical kit, or you can buy one from Melbourne Dental College or other trusted marketplaces for an additional fee, if it's provided and meets the standard requirements of the program.
How about graduation ?

- Graduation activities can be carried out, postponed or can be canceled in accordance with applicable regulations in the country, related institutions, or because of the force mejeuire.
How to pass the program ?
- Students in diploma program are required to take part in all activities and complete applicable lessons, quizs, assignments, final tasks, and final exams in order to pass the program with minimum 70% completion.
- General students other than diploma program are required to take part in all activities and complete applicable lessons, quizs, and assignments in order to pass the program.
How if I miss the lesson/quiz/assignment/task ?
If you miss a lesson, quiz, assignment, or task, don’t worry. We provide recorded videos for lessons, and you can complete the quiz, assignment, or task at any time as long as you are still an active student.
The timing of completing the quiz, assignment, or task does not affect your final grade, only the result of your submission that matters.
- For the diploma program, the maximum completion period is 3 years. Beyond that, your student status will be suspended.
- For general students, the maximum completion period is 1 years. After that, your student status will be suspended.
Where are the learning materials sourced from ?
- The learning materials are sourced from several high quality third-party platforms, journals, and other institutions.
- Melbourne Dental College does not provide any guarantees or warranties regarding the quality or accuracy of the information presented in the program.
How are educational activities conducted or delivered ?
- Educational activities are carried out online, either by video on demand comprehensive continuous video lessons, quizs, assignments, and final tasks.
- Students are required to have a stable internet connection and appropriate hardware and software to access the online learning materials and participate in the activities.
How long does it take for students to receive answer to cases and qna ?
For questions regarding case consultation, case mentoring, and general question, students will receive a response in 1 - 14 days or a longer time.
How long does it take for lecturers to review to quizs, assignments, and tasks ?
For quizzes, assignments, and final tasks review, the instructor or lecturer will review and reply to the submission status within a maximum of 14 days or a longer time.
How long does it take to receive response to the form application ?
Form application in help and support page will be review and reply with a maximum of 14 days repond or a longer time.
How about technical issue ?
- Platform maintenance or content changes can be made at any time with or without prior notice before.
- Melbourne Dental College reserves the right to change the schedule and date of requirements, activities, materials, lecturers, and guest speakers if there are technical problems that cannot be overcome by Melbourne Dental College.
How are the payments structured for the diploma program ?
- There are 2 payments for diploma program, academic tuition fee + program degree and graduation fees.
- For diploma program, students need to pay 20% of the total cost as a down payment for academic tuition fee and complete rest of it or all fees within 1 year or 12 months installments.
- Academic tuition fee does not include practical kits, program degree and graduation fees.
- Practical kits, program degree and graduation fees can change any time, depending on the fees charged by Melbourne Dental College or collaborate institutions.
How are the payments structured for the general program ?
For general program other than diploma, students need to pay down payment and pay the rest in 1 installment before the program starts.
Can I do the refund ?
Yes, you can request a refund through the help and support page. The amount of the refund will depend on the considerations and approval of Melbourne Dental College. The strength of your appeal will significantly influence the refund amount, but for down payment you can't do refund for any reason.
Can I do deferment request ?
Yes, but the approval of your deferment request depends on the strength of your appeal. There will be an additional charge of 50 USD per month, depending on the length of your deferment.
What if the funds do not arrive or are lost ?
- Payment is only made through an account in the name of Melbourne Dental College.
